He was 29 years and 9 months of age and stood 5 feet 6 inches. He had brown eyes and hair and a fair complexion. He was a member of the Church of England.
In the 1921 Toronto City directory he was listed as a yardman living on the north side of Cavell Avenue, Mimico.
