C. J. Telfer
According to his attestation papers dated November 11, 1915 at Kingston, Cyril James Telfer was born on December 4, 1892 in Toronto. He listed his father J.A. Telfer, Mimico as his next of kin. He listed his occupation as a clerk and indicated that he had no previous military experience. He was 22 years and 11 months age and was 5 feet 7 inches tall. He had brown eyes, black hair and a dark complexion. He was a member of the Church of England.
