A. Screaton
According to his attestation papers dated February 1, 1916 at Mimico, Alfred Screaton of 12 Gerrard Avenue, Toronto was born on December 28, 1897 in Manchester, England. He listed his mother Mrs. Susie Screaton, 12 Gerrard Avenue, Toronto as his next of kin. He indicated that he was a computing clerk and that he was member of the 12th Regiment York Rangers. He was 18 years and 1 month old. He stood 5 feet 4 inches tall with blue eyes and fair hair and complexion. He was a Methodist.
